That offer was because of the massive failure of PC launch and zos trying to get people to come back to the game. It definately helped but it would be nice to be able to transfer. In reality it shouldnt be too hard to transfer or to even make cross platform gaming a reality. I wouldnt want to play on console against PC with their mods. No to the cross play. PC has addons and other advantages that would cause issues with console players who can't use them. Also they've said no transfers, for many reasons. The ONLY time you could transfer from pc to console was when the console servers were brand new and empty. They haven't done it since, and stated they won't do it again. Unfortunately, The Elder Scrolls Online does not support cross platform play between PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. Further, the game hosts separate servers for each platform, meaning you’ll only ever run into players that are on the same system as you are.
